We currently have vacancies for Bartiones, Percussion and Bb bass otherwise have a full band. We have well-attended rehearsals and a strong social element to our band nights.
We are always keen to hear from any talented musicians who would like to join our team though. Just fancy coming for a blow? No problem at all, just let us know in advance.

We have a varied programme of concerts and contests throughout the year and we also hold social activities for band members and family when we can.
Nottingham Students
Are you a student coming to study at University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent University? Carlton Brass have a long tradition of welcoming students and enabling them to keep playing whilst away from home and would be happy for you to come to rehearsals when in Nottingham. We have a good spread of ages throughout the band.
We also have the advantage of being the closest band to Nottingham City Centre with good public transport links. Band members travel in from surrounding areas so lifts can usually be organised if necessary.
Whatever you play, come down and have a blow and you will made most welcome.
